All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice.

Orders are processed only after payment is successfully completed through secure payment providers.

4. International Shipping & Delivery

Dark Pearl ships worldwide.

Processing time is typically 1–5 business days.

Delivery times depend on destination and shipping carrier. Dark Pearl is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen events.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Once shipped, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

For hygiene and quality reasons, hair extensions must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Unused, unworn, and unaltered
• In original packaging with seals intact

Used or opened hair extensions are non-refundable.

Customers must contact Dark Pearl before returning any items.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected, you will be notified.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Hair Care Responsibility

Dark Pearl is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Improper installation
• Chemical processing (dye, bleach, relaxers)
• Excessive heat
• Poor maintenance

Proper care is essential for longevity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and designs belong to Dark Pearl and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dark Pearl is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or indirect damages related to product use.
